Laying down on the Hugterra Massager for just 15 minutes a day progressively improves blood circulation, relaxes the tight muscles, restores the natural curvature of the neck and eliminates neck pain by using the combined power of massage, stretching, EMS and heating.
This releases painful, trapped nerves from under the pressure of herniated discs, leaving you with a healthy neck & a smile on your face. Forever.
But what makes things worse is that when muscles are stressed and contracted, they choke off their own blood supply. So even though your body is desperately trying to pump more blood in your neck area to strengthen the muscles, it simply can’t.
When you lay down on it, it stretches your neck at the perfect 26° angle, which is the most effective one when it comes to decompressing your spine. At the same time, the small electrical impulses force your muscles to contract, and act like pumps, naturally pushing blood through your neck & improving blood flow.
This allows your muscles to relax, and return to their natural position, relieving all of the pressure from your cervical spine, and eliminating the root cause of neck pain.
It's also proven to strengthen muscles by contracting them - which makes them stronger, making it easier to start moving around again, and improving neck’s mobility.
EMS also stimulates the nerves through gentle currents, helping them regenerate & repair to combat neck & shoulder pain.
- Significantly reduces neck pain by stimulating the release of endorphins.
- Increases the recovery rate by enhancing the delivery of oxygen and healthy nutrients via improved blood flow to the affected area.
- EMS costs about $75-$150 per session.
- Massage Therapy costs around $50 to $120 per session.
- Heat Therapy can range from $75 to $120 per session.
- Stretching Therapy therapy typically ranges from $75 to $125 per session.
At the PT-recommended standard of 5-7 sessions, a full regular therapy regimen would cost about $3,000, which is 25 times more expensive than the price of our Hugterra Massager today (while it’s on sale).

Martha W.ReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productRead the instructions first!! (But yes, it works wonders)
I have suffered from cervical arthritis and a developing 'dowager's hump' for years. My chiropractor is great but expensive, so I bought this for maintenance between visits.
First, a warning: The first time I used it, I felt a sharp prickling sensation and thought it was shocking me! I almost returned it. READ THE MANUAL: You have to wipe your neck with a damp cloth or apply a little lotion before using the EMS function. Once I did that? Oh my heavens. The prickling turned into a deep, rhythmic massage that felt like real fingers working out the knots.
My Results:
I’ve been using it for 14 days. The 'crunchy' sound I usually hear when turning my head is gone. I can actually check my blind spot in the car without turning my whole torso. The hump hasn't disappeared yet, but it definitely feels less swollen and tender.
One Improvement Needed:
The remote control is very small and easy to lose in the bedsheets. I wish it had a magnet to stick to the side of the device. Also, the instruction booklet print is tiny—I needed my readers to see it.
Bottom Line: Don't let the 'zaps' scare you. Wet your neck, start on Level 1, and stick with it. It has given me more relief than pills.

Jason N.ReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productLegit relief for "coding neck," but the battery has limits.
I sit at a dual-monitor setup for 10-12 hours a day, and my neck is usually locked up by 3 PM. I’ve tried the inflatable collars (useless) and a massage gun (too aggressive for the neck). I was skeptical about this '4-in-1' claim, but the physics actually make sense.
The Good:
- The Curve: The 26° arch is aggressive but necessary. It forces your neck back into the correct C-shape. The first 2 minutes are uncomfortable, but then your muscles surrender and it feels amazing.
- The Heat: It gets properly hot. Not just 'warm,' but therapeutic hot. It creates this 'melting' sensation that preps the muscles before the EMS kicks in.
- EMS: I keep it on Level 3 or 4. It feels like deep tissue tapping.
The "Meh":
- Battery Life: If you run Heat + EMS on high (which I do), don't expect the battery to last a week. I get about 4 sessions before I need to charge it. It uses USB-C which is nice, but I wish the battery was slightly larger.
- The Beep: Every time you change a mode on the remote, the device beeps. It’s a bit loud if you’re trying to use it while your partner is sleeping next to you.
Verdict: If you have 'tech neck,' it's worth it. Just keep the charging cable at your desk.

Nick W.ReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productGood so far
There's mine. I've used it twice for 2 nights in a row. I read the instructions and I used it once facing one way for 15 minutes or when it stopped. Then I used it again facing the other way. Wow, I can really tell! Good so far.

This is a game changer for me. I suffer from multiple cervical disc disease. I've had multiple epidural injections in my neck as well as facet nerve blocks. I have been using this product twice per day for three weeks now and the pain level has reduced dramatically. I was 5/6 pain daily basis now 2/3!1 highly recommend Hugterra!

Mike_DenverReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productWorks, but be realistic with expectations
Writing this after using for about 10 weeks so hopefully this helps someone decide. I'm a 42 year old software engineer so yeah, desk job = terrible posture. My neck hump wasn't as bad as some of the before pics I've seen but it was definitely noticeable and getting worse.
My wife kept nagging me about my posture (she means well) and I finally decided to do something about it when my 8 year old son asked why I always look down at the ground when we walk together. That hit me hard.
PROS:
Quality feels legit, not like cheap Amazon knockoffs
Actually does work if you stick with it
Easy to use while watching TV or whatever
Customer service responded quickly when I had questions
The heat and massage feels really good, almost addictive lol
My neck pain is basically gone now
Definitely improved my posture, coworkers have commented
CONS:
Expensive (though I guess less than PT would cost)
Takes longer than the marketing suggests. They say 2 weeks, took me about 3 weeks to see real changes
The first week was uncomfortable, felt like my neck muscles were sore
Have to clean it regularly or it gets gross
Wish the straps were a bit longer, I'm a bigger guy
Sometimes the EMS sensation is too intense even on lowest setting
REALISTIC RESULTS:
My hump isn't completely gone but it's probably 70% better. I look more normal in photos now and my wife says I carry myself differently. The neck pain I was getting is totally gone which is honestly the biggest win for me.
The key is managing expectations. This isn't magic and it won't fix 20 years of bad posture overnight. But if you're consistent (I used it almost every day for 2 months) you will see improvement. Just don't expect overnight miracles.
Also want to mention - I tried to return it after 2 weeks because I wasn't seeing much change yet. Customer service convinced me to give it more time and I'm glad I did. The real changes happened between weeks 4-8 for me.
Bottom line: It works but requires patience and consistency. If you're looking for a quick fix this probably isn't it. But if you're willing to put in the time, it's legit.
Would I buy it again? Yeah probably. Would I recommend it? Yes but with realistic expectations about timeline.

Jeniffer M.ReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productFinally something that actually works...
Okay so I'm not usually one to write reviews but I felt like I had to share this because wow. I've been dealing with this awful neck hump for like 2 years now and it was honestly making me feel so self conscious. I'm 37 and work in marketing so I'm on my computer ALL day and I guess that just destroyed my posture over time.
I tried literally everything - those posture reminder apps (so annoying!), a posture corrector that felt like a torture device, even went to physical therapy for 3 months. Nothing worked and I was getting pretty discouraged. My sister kept telling me to just stand up straight but like... I WAS trying to stand up straight! The hump was still there.
Then I found this device after going down a rabbit hole on Facebook one night (you know how it is). The before and after pics looked almost too good to be true but the reviews seemed genuine so I figured why not, they have a money back guarantee anyway.
First off - the packaging is really nice, feels premium. The device itself is heavier than I expected which is actually good because it feels sturdy and well made. The instructions are super clear with pictures which I appreciated.
I've been using it for about 6 weeks now, 15 minutes every morning while I drink my coffee. And omg the difference is incredible! The hump is probably 80% gone now and people have been commenting that I look taller and more confident. My husband said I look like "the old me" again which made me tear up a little.
The only downsides are:
It takes a few days to get used to the sensation (feels weird at first but not painful)
You have to be consistent with it or you won't see results
The carrying case could be better quality
I wish it had a timer built in instead of having to watch the clock
But honestly these are minor complaints. The results speak for themselves. I actually feel comfortable wearing my hair up again for the first time in years! My teenage daughter even asked what I was doing different because my posture looked better.
Would definitely recommend if you're struggling with forward head posture or neck hump. Just be patient and consistent with it. Took about 3-4 weeks to really see dramatic changes but it was so worth it.
UPDATE (2 months later): Still using it 3-4 times a week for maintenance and the results have held up great. No regression at all. Best purchase I've made in a long time!

Helped to relieve pain and stiffness from pinched nerve in my neck.
Product is easy to use, easy to adjust settings, does what it claims. Helped to relieve pain and stiffness from pinched nerve in my neck. Watch your heat & EMS settings start low, and adjust as needed, may be too strong if you start with the maximum settings right away.

George C.ReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productGood for neck stiffness/pain
Great quality. Material is a rubberlike feel and very durable. I love there are no wires attached so I can use anywhere. It is rechargeable and holds a charge for a long time. The massage, heat and EMS features are very responsive and effective. I love the remote control to change setting without having to readjust. Works great for neck pain or stiffness, I initially got it for myself, but my wife seems to also enjoy using it, so I ordered 1 more, worth every penny spent.

Gabriel J.ReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productLong-term relief
Neck pain is unfortunately common in my family, so we ordered two of these massagers. They work for every family member who has tried them. 5/5 from me! It does relieve stiffness & pain, and the results hold in time, the pain doesn't come back as it does with pills, and that's what matters for me.

I am happy with the results I got after using it, I must say shipping could be faster (took a week to arrive), but the product works so it's worth the wait. I have a herniated C5-C6 vertebrae and this helps relieve the pain in my neck & shoulder, worth the price.

Martha S.ReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productdon't get the one from Amazon...
so I did a lot of research before buying this, mainly because I saw a cheaper similar looking product on Amazon, so I reached out to this company's support to clarify the price difference. They basically told me they have nothing to do with the product from Amazon and that it's a copy-cat they're trying to take down, so I ordered this one from their website. I must say it's worth the price - it does everything they say, there's heating, massage, EMS, stretching, everything they say is true and it does help with neck pain for sure. I prefer to use it they way shown on the photo because it's just more comfortable for me, but you can experiment.
Now to why you shouldn't get the one from Amazon - a couple of days ago my sister-in-law got the one from Amazon and we compared the devices, hers is nothing like mine - first of all hers is made from a hard plastic and I couldn't lay down on it for more than a minute, it's just uncomfortable. The "massage" on hers is barely a massage, more like an imitation. I couldn't feel the EMS as well, but the heating seemed to work fine. Long story short - my sister in law didn't see any results from her massager so she's going to return it & order one like mine.

I work all day long at a computer, and my neck is oftentimes very stiff and I got sensations that are uncomfortable. Can't really describe them as pain, but just uncomfortable.
I got this as an impulse purchase and when it arrived I wasn't really sure it'd help. IT DOES!!!
GET THIS, IT'S A GAMECHANGER!

SyReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productThis is my to-go pillow now
I don't go anywhere without this massager now, I used to struggle to fall asleep because of the pain, but this is now a thing of the past!!! I literally lay down on it for 15 minutes before going to sleep, and then sleep like a baby, this thing literally changed my life, and I'm not exagerating, if you have neck pain then you'll know how awful it feels not to be able to enjoy day to day life, or even sleep because of the pain, so when I found something that actually works (this hugterra massager) I keep praising it to everyone! I don't know what magic potion they put in it, and I honestly don't care, the only thing that matters is that I finally feel good again, and I can't thank Hugterra enough!!!

RickReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productFixed my neck
8 years of working as a programmer definitely started putting a strain on my neck, so 1 year ago I started feeluing occasional tension on the right side on my neck. The tension became pain, then it started radiating into my arm, and then the headaches started, I always thought it would get better by itself, but guess what - it never did, so I started (finally) searching for something to fix it. I won't be bothering you with the 20 different pills, doctors and products I tried with close to no result, and I'll just get to the point - this thing in 2 weeks literally reversed the damage caused by 8 years of working at a computer, and I'm not making this up. Just get one for yourself, you'll see the difference from the 1st day, but I urge you to keep using it for at least 2 weeks, you'll be surprised to see what happens!

MelissaReviewingHugterra™ MassagerI recommend this productweird looking, but works
I got this to improve my posture because I was starting to notice a "hump" on the back of my neck, and besides the occasional feeling of pain & tension in my neck, my self confidence went down because I was starting to look like a hunchback, or at least I was thinking that. I tried stretching with regular plastic stretchers from Amazon, but they were uncomfortable & ineffective (no improvement after weeks for use). Then my sister sent me a link to this and I decided why not. I gave it 4 starts because shipping took about a week, and I'm used to getting things faster, so of someone from this company is reading - work on improving your shipping times. When I laid down on it I felt tingling, and it felt like my neck was contracting by itself which felt weird but relaxing (can't explain) then the heat started & I almost could feel more blood flowing through my neck, and the massage made it even more relaxing. After the 1st session obviously my posture didn't change much, but my neck felt so much more relaxed, and it was the 1st time in years when I could actually move my neck around with little to no discomfort. And about the posture - within a week the hump from the back of my neck is basically gone, so this definitely works, get it & try it!
